Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChuktiQ ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us") at chuktiq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including landlords, tenants, business operators, individuals, and visitors.

ChuktiQ is a digital agreement management platform that enables users to:

• Create, manage, and store house rental agreements, shop rental agreements, and business & financial agreements
• Create fully custom contracts using the Any Contract feature — define your own parties, terms, and conditions for any type of agreement
• Track rent payments and maintain payment history via the rental ledger
• Send SMS notifications and payment reminders
• Manage all agreements and parties from a centralised dashboard

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access most features of ChuktiQ, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. ChuktiQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

ChuktiQ offers the following paid subscription plans:

• 3-Month Plan: Full access to all platform features for 3 months.
• 6-Month Plan: Full access to all platform features for 6 months, including SMS notifications and unlimited agreements.
• 1-Year Plan: Full access to all platform features for 12 months with priority support.

All payments are processed as a one-time payment for the selected plan period. We do not charge recurring or automatic renewal payments. Your subscription will simply expire at the end of the plan period, and you choose whether to renew manually.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

You agree not to use ChuktiQ to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent agreement information
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of ChuktiQ or any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the platform for spamming or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform

ChuktiQ provides digital tools to create and manage agreements. The legal validity and enforceability of agreements created on ChuktiQ depend on:

• Applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (Bangladesh)
• The accuracy and completeness of the information provided by users
• Compliance with any local stamp duty or registration requirements

ChuktiQ does not provide legal advice. We recommend consulting a qualified legal professional for agreements of significant value or complexity. The Any Contract feature allows users to define custom terms — users are solely responsible for ensuring those terms are lawful and appropriate.

All content, features, and functionality on ChuktiQ — including but not limited to the logo, interface design, software, and written content — are owned by ChuktiQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. Agreement templates remain the property of ChuktiQ; the content you enter into agreements is your own.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChuktiQ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• Disputes between parties arising from agreements created on the Platform
• Interruptions or errors in the Service beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ChuktiQ in the three months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately
• Your data will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any active subscription period will expire without refund

We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to the Platform or other users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of ChuktiQ after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
